A while ago, we had an idea that was a bit out of the ordinary.
Launching a podcast 100% dedicated to early childhood professionals. Pas de sieste pour les pros (No nap for the pros).
In an ecosystem where content is almost always geared towards parents, we felt the need to create a space just for you. To have real discussions. Unfiltered, and above all, rooted in the reality of your daily life.
And to kick off this second season, we decided to play on home turf.

I’ll be honest with you.
The idea behind this app wasn't born in a sterile conference room, between two programmers disconnected from your reality.
It came directly from the field.
At the time, François and Benoit were observing a deeply frustrating dynamic. Educational staff—whether in childcare centers (CPEs), daycares, or home-based providers (RSGEs)—were drowning in paperwork. You were spending an insane amount of time on compliance, management, and admin, at the expense of what truly matters: child development.
Their goal with Grafea-GO was clear from day one:
Simplify the drafting of the famous educational record.
Make communications with parents fluid and transparent.
And above all... reduce that mental load that weighs so heavily on educators.

So, why the name change?
If you've searched for "Grafea-GO" recently, you've inevitably noticed our transformation.
In this podcast episode, François and Benoit take the time to explain this evolution, which happened entirely naturally.
Becoming Mangrove Petite Enfance means embracing our growth and maturity as a company. But first and foremost, it's about aligning our name with our core mission.
In nature, a mangrove is an ecosystem that protects. It's a rich environment where life develops safely, sheltered from the storms.
That is exactly the vision we hold for our management software.
We want to build a solid digital environment to support the entire Quebec network. From coordinating offices (BCs) down to the educators on the floor.
We want to be that safety net that allows you to focus on what is essential.
